Elevator Network Cable
Elevator network cable, also called travelling or flat lift cable, carries data between the lift car and the machine room or control panel. It is built flat so that it hangs and bends smoothly as the car moves up and down the shaft, without twisting or kinking over millions of cycles. Our elevator cables combine CAT6 or CAT6A twisted pairs in a flat, flexible jacket, in U/UTP and F/UTP versions. They are used for lift car cameras, intercoms, displays and access control readers, giving a reliable Ethernet connection to the car without separate cabling. Cable is supplied in 305 m reels; other lengths and pair counts can be discussed with our team.Install the cable with the correct hanging length and loop, and keep it clear of sharp edges in the shaft. For standard building cabling, see our CAT6 and CAT6A network cables. When you request a quote, tell us the product code or description, the quantity, colour and length you need, and where the cable will be installed. We will confirm stock and lead time, recommend the right construction if you are unsure, and send the datasheet with the quotation.Fahad Cables Industry FZE manufactures these cables at its factory in the Hamriyah Free Zone, Sharjah, UAE, and supplies contractors, system integrators and distributors across the UAE and the wider region. Every reel is checked before dispatch. For prices, stock, datasheets or a custom length or colour, contact our sales team.
